Sophia Hammons stars as Amy, a fearless and adventurous 12-year-old
who befriends classmates Gilbert and Marshall, in Disney Channel’s
contemporary comedic remake of the 1997 Halloween classic “Under
Wraps.”

Born in South Pasadena, California, Hammons moved to Colorado at the
age of six. Hammons soon discovered acting through musical theater and
landed her first role in “Les Miserables.” She also performed in
“The Music Man” at the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse and other
productions at the Boulder Dinner Theatre, including “The
Children’s Choir,” “Annie” and “Christmas Story.”

She most recently appeared in the hit film “The Social Dilemma.”
Her other film credits include “Rumor,” “Keyhole Garden”
starring Zoe Saldana, and “Lemonade and Dirt.”

In her spare time, Hammons enjoys singing, dancing and traveling,
especially to islands and big cities.
